McCABE AWARD NOMINEES SEASON 14

Here are the 4 worthy nominees for The annual McCabe Award. All four are the best of the best and you can vote for your favorite to the left in the sidebar. I recieved the best response to date during nominations. And while I would love to add more names to the list .The prestigious accounting firm of Bilk,Hyde and Flee worked into the wee hours of the night. Jefepwnzer:  This was a no-brainer . Jefe has built one of the strongest teams in McCabe.The Athletics went all the way to the Series last season under the tutelage of Jefepwnzer.And it looks like they will have a first round bye in this years playoffs. Jefe believes in the longball because chicks dig it and he likes long things. The Athletics lead the league in homers(294) but are average in BA(.263).This is what one owner had to say about Jefepwnzer : nominate jefe (Oakland) for owner of the year. He should set a new franchise record for wins this season.


Yoker70:  In only his second year ,Yoker has brought this club from a 100 game loser to a 100 game winner. Thats the best turn around I've seen in any world. Yoker and I are in a couple worlds together and hes a tough in them all. We are lucky he decided to join McCabe and I for one look forward to many battles against the Diamondbacks.Heres what one nominating owner had to say: Hey mad, I nominate yoker70 for Manager of the Year. He finally displaced jgarron from the top of the NL West, and that is worthy of consideration


421Werd: This is the owner that has beaten me and my fellow division mates all season.421Werd and His St Louis Cardinals have run away with the division and will have a first round bye in the playoffs.This is 421Werds second year in McCabe and he has taken his place among the leagues best.Baseball loves the Werd, the Strange, and the Mad. One owner had this comment about 421Werd:421werd.... damn his cardinals ................421werd, all levels of organization is winning. 


Bourboncask: Not only does he have the tastiest name in all the worlds,he is also a great owner.Bourboncask has taken a very bad team and made them winners in 5 seasons. It usually takes 7 years for bourbon to mellow enough for consumption. So Bourbon is ahead of the game and has uncorked the barrels early. The Baltimore Orioles are in the hunt for a world series and may get one soon. This is what a drunk had to say about Bourbon: I love Boubon if Bourbon was a Female I would make it my wife.....ahem .......Now heres what a fellow owner said about Bourboncask:  bourboncask gets my vote. He has the 2nd lowest budget in the entire league, and has completely rebuilt the Orioles into a winning and contending team in a relatively short time.
