PREVIEW: After winning the Series in season 8 .Lefty looked to repeat last season, but were swept by the upstart Cubs in the DCS. So with a disapointing playoff run the Pirates let only Watson go to free agency. Then they released Rincon , Camacho , Bradford and Buford. And finally they traded away Shunick. With some gaps in the team Lefty promoted Olivares , May , Guillen and Thome. He then picked up Duran in the R-5 draft. It seems Lefty chose to bring up some youngsters and give them their shot at Glory. With leftys track record this team should be strong again, if healthy. But this division is competative,and I think they will win the Division or Vie for a Wild Card.Prediction:95-67

PREVIEW: This solid franchise has not made the playoffs the last few years . So the previous owner put the Broncos up for sale. In stepped Walsh81, who is awash with cash these days. He was the mastermind behind the Shakeweight. Walsh was taking some quiet time in the bathroom with his trusty girlie magazine . When, walah!! he CAME up with the idea for the Shakewieght. Now Walsh plans to BEAT this team into shape. First he let Huson , Lucas and Urich go to free agency. Then he Released Flores , Rivera , Liang and Aparicio. Finally he traded away Ramsey. After WHACKING all the dead meat .Walsh spent his WAD on free agents Howard , Nelson , Anderson , Rigby , Hull and Hennessey. Finally Walsh traded for Rivera . Walsh went out and brought in some talent so this team is loaded with potential . The question is will they RISE to the Occasion?? Prediction:92-70

PREVIEW: This could be the year the Mets make their move. After finally breaking above .500 last season the fans in New York are ready for the playoffs. So Russilinni started by letting Enders , Prinz and Olson go to the Market. Then he released Venfro and McNeil . He signed free agent Shaw and traded for Matsumoto and Pineda.Russilinni has put alot of time and effort in this franchise and it shows with their improvment last season. But they need to show they can beat the big dogs in the East. This may be the year!!Prediction:85-77

PREVIEW: With dennisdee's early success in McCabe (2 div Titles and World Champs). I thought this team was gonna be a Dynasty . But they have failed to make the post season the last 5 years. It seems they fall 5-10 games short in the wild card race, so they are not far away from making the playoffs again. The Phillies Let go of Free Agents Mailman , DeRojas , Hatteberg and Dunn. Dennis also released Davis .Then in free agency, dennis signed a trio of free agents because they have really Cool Names.(Spud , Bonk and Felipe) Finally Dennis promoted Guerrero and Brunson. Dennis has been here from the start so i hope he can get back in the post season. But his Real Phillies stole Cliff Lee from my Real Rangers. So I'm not a big Phillie fan right now:( Anyways This team could suprise this year. But until they show up I'm not gonna go out on a limb. Prediction:80-82
