LAST SEASONS RECORD:95-67
LAST YEARS PREDICTION:98-64 Rk picked up a few role players on the cheap. Still he has a solid core of good players and is still the favorite to win the division. And maybe this will be his lucky year to win it all.

PREVIEW: The Cardinals finished close to my prediction and won this division. But in the playoffs they dis appointed their fans by losing in the first round. Rklongball was so devastated he left HDB vowing to never Play again!! 421werd takes over a team that has owned my team and the rest of our division. In the offseason he first lost Guillen to free agency but did resign Rickey Kline , Troy Bay and Michael Martin. Then he Waived Panigua and Stoops, which cleared some cap space. With a few holes to fill, 421werd signed free agents Choate and Tito "ChickwithDick" Dong. Same team different skipper. But from what I see of 421's track record in Upper Deck . He should continue to win with this squad. PREDICTION:92-70

LAST YEARS PREDICTION:92-70 Since kennedjr took over this team 4 years ago he has increased his payroll by 35 million. And has spent it all on big time free agents. Maybe the addition of Colon will put them over the hump. Its a high priced gamble. They will give St Louis a run fer his money.
OUT: Donald Nakano , Eddie Rigby , Archie Ross , Erubiel Gomez , Chico Duran
IN: Britt Bottalico , Kevin Zhang , Patrick Riley
PREVIEW: Kennedjr did give St Louis a run but again fell short. He also bolted after the his disappointment in the playoffs. Ajaxx88 took over this team and vowed to clean house with his Scrubbing Bubbles. First Nakano, Rigby, Ross and Gomez bolted for free agency and then released Duran outright.With a few open roster spots, Ajaxx signed free agent Bottalico, Zhang and Riley. This is pretty much the same team but with a Rookie skipper. I don't have any idea if Ajaxx has HBD expierience. But so far he hasn't made any offseason mistakes. My guess is this team will still be on the up side. PREDICTION:88-74

LAST YEARS PREDICTION:75-87 Looks like another rebuild year in Kansas City. He will concentrate on picking up Prospects.
OUT: Rickey Wood , Julio Aguilera , Efrain Steinbach , Andres Cordero , Armando Cruz , Paul Pride
IN: Haywood Bergesen , Paul Jung , Donne DeWitt , Rob Ingram
PREVIEW: The Royals and Tenacious finished pretty close to predictions.And they add some juicy prospects in th IFA and Amatuer draft. With some young talent on the M L roster he went into the offseason looking to add some key pieces. First Tenacious let Wood , Aguilera and Stienbach Go to free agency. Then he traded Cordero, Cruz and Pride to Wahington. With a ton of cap room and a few gaps to fill Tenacious then signed free agents Bergesen, Jung, Dewitt and added Ingram in the afor mentioned Washington trade. Tenacious added talent and still kept his overall salaries low. Now he has a ton of cap space left over. This gives him plenty of flexability on which course to take. My guess is he'll pick up another tasty IFA and Draft pick. But if this team is in the hunt after the all-star break he will trade for a superstar or two. PREDICTION:81-81

LAST YEARS PREDICTION:90-72 I brought up several youngsters last season and with a couple of lucky breaks I hope this team can get back to winning. I will know by the All-Star break.
OUT: Douglas Sisk , Ken Martin , Wilfredo Armas
IN: Placido Flores
PREVIEW: Last year my pitching was atrocious. Thats the reason this team finished way below my prediction. To be more specific , it was my Bullpens failure that contributed the most. Perhaps it was my promotion of a AAA pitching coach or just shitty relief pitchers. Time will tell. So in the offseason I first let Sisk and Martin kick rocks in the free agent market. Then I waived defensive specialist Armas and he was claimed by Philly.Thief!!! With a couple roster spots open I promoted Flores.With one more spot open I probably will promote a spring training star. But if my bullpen falters I still have plenty of cap space for a trade. Right now I feel this team will turn it around. PREDICTION:90-72
