TRADES
The AHEHIEM ANGELS traded Raymond Benson to the CHICAGO WHITE SOX for Bobby Dirks
Chicago gets a minor league closer. The Angels get Bobby "And Weave" Dirks A.K.A  "Shirks Dirks" who I first wrote about in the weekly update S-12 #5. Since then he has been on the DL twice this year. But when healthy he will help the Angels, and they didn't have to give up much.


M L INJURIES
Doug Walker
Doug "Street" Walker will have elbow surgery and will miss 6 months. He just signed a new 3 year 13.2 million dollar contract. You don't pay a Street Walker before services are rendered..Ahem ..or so I'm told..

Charlie Murray
Charlie Murray "Slaughter had a stiff groin and is already back in the Padres bullpen.His groin Probably became stiff while viewing TV Lands, Mary Tyler Moore-athon.Betty White was actually Young! 

Victor Ortiz
Victor "Big" Ortiz will be out 2 months with a shoulder ligament tear. When he first was promoted to the Bigs in S-10. He looked  like he was gonna be a dominate pitcher. But the last 2 seasons he has been terrible. Just a Big O-Tease!

Bengie Beltre
Bengie "Mixed Breed" Beltre is off the leash for 2 weeks with a strained oblique.
The Royals will want to get this pup back in the lineup. He's a good Mutt!

 Michael Hardy
Michael "I,ve Got a " Hardy will miss 2 weeks with a bulging disk. In his neck people..... get your minds out of the gutter. LOL

Ugueth Nunez
If Uguethed Ugueth Nunez would be on the DL again .Well you Uguethed Right. If Uguethed Ugueth Nunez would not be on the DL again. Well....you would be the Virginians.Ugueth "Is as good as mine" Nunez will miss 2 weeks with back spasms.I Gueth he has a bad back. 

Patrick Riley
Another death in McCabe. Patrick Riley was pronounced dead at the age of  34. He leaves behind a career where he lost more than he won. But he did have 215 saves in 262 SVO's. Patrickkm, the owner of the Detroit Tigers released a statement on the untimely death of Riley ."Its a tragedy, I traded for this guy and I'm out alot of money to boot".

Hector Guerrero Anaheim Angels Age: 18 B/T: S/L Born: Jarabacoa, DO Position(s): LF View Hardball Dynasty Profile

4.4 million and a S/T invite for this speedy /Rangey LF 'er. He will hit about .275 to .300 but has no power. Could be a leadoff guy.

Don Dong Detroit Tigers Age: 18 B/T: S/R Born: Kobe, JP Position(s): C View Hardball Dynasty Profile

I took 1.9 million to land Don "Johnson" Dong. This guy will be a good hitting DH but will never catch in the bigs.

Kiki Lopez Baltimore Orioles Age: 18 B/T: R/R Born: Ramon Santana, DO Position(s): C View Hardball Dynasty Profile

On the other hand, it took 8 million to land this future Big league catcher. His pitch calling and RH split are a tad low.

Alfredo Nunez Oakland Athletics Age: 18 B/T: S/R Born: Hato Mayor, DO Position(s): SS View Hardball Dynasty Profile

6.7 million and a S/T invite for this defensive superstar.His low speed and hitting projections will make him a great defensive substitute.
