The NEW YORK METS traded Julio James , Robin Glynn , Felipe Reyes , Desi Simmons and Theodore Leach to the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS for Peter Watson , Tony Mendoza and Peter Purcell
What we have here is a one sided trade. The Giants got 4 nice young players and a old guy with 2 years and 12 million left on his contract. The Mets get 2 AAA players and a guy with 4 years and 25.2 million on his contract. OUCH!!!

Malcolm Buford
The Mets will lose Malcolm "Tickle in the Middle" Buford for 2 weeks.He fractured a Elbow while laughing at the trades with San Francisco.

Philip Priest
Philip "Judas" Priest missed 2 weeks with a strained Hammy. Judas Priest will be a free agent next year and will get his 20 million pieces of Silver.

Alex Trajano
Alex "Can I have a new shoulder for 1000" Trajano strained his bum shoulder.He was traded to the Brewers on 8th of May and is already on the DL. With only 3.2 innings, the Answer is: No Alex!! 

Alex Ordonez
Alex "I would like a new shoulder for 5,000" Ordonez will miss a month. His shoulder inflammation has put the White sox in a tough spot. This guy was having a lousey year and may stay on the DL longer.The Answer is : Hell no Alex!!!

Al Sanchez
Ajaxx lost one of his Starting pitchers for 3 weeks.Al "Capone" Sanchez has been cutting down opposing hitters for many seasons. With 93 career wins and 1,100 strikeouts , his machine gun of a arm will be missed.
