Can you believe in Miracles ?? Sylemark does. After 103 seasons of HBD angst. Sylemark won his first World Series. As a #5 wild card seed the Virginians weren't given a snowballs chance in Texas. (It's hot down here) but they beat #4 philly in the first round and shocked the World with an upset of the #1 Marlins. In the NLCS they upended the Tough #2 Cincy Reds. And Finally in the Series they took on the best the AL had to offer, in the #1 Minnesota Twins. What a Cinderella Run by the Richmond Virginians!! Congrats on your World Series Sylemark. Well Done.
