Marv Simms has the potential to be a Gold Glove Shortstop. With great contact and good splits, he will not be cheated at the plate. And he will be a great player .Thats why I had him ranked #3.

This guy, Mr Mel Grace will be a good rotation pitcher. He will be lights out against LH hitters but will struggle a tad against righties. His Makeup and Health projections are O K . That might be why I dropped him out of my top 10. Still he will be Solid.

Never saw Ronald Kipnis. Wish I would have. With excellant Control , Splits and Pitches he will be hard to hit. Throw in max Makeup and Health and you have a Gem. His Stamina is low for a rotation pitcher but he will make a great go to guy in the pen.Or a shutdown everyday Closer.

Eric Hardy will make a great 3rd baseman or RF 'er. With great hitting projections except for contact. He will hit about .290 with 30 homers. And his good speed will help him on the bases. This guy wasn't scouted well enough for me, otherwise he would have made my top 20.

Macbeth "not of women born" Peters Will make a nice #4 0r #5 starting pitcher. With a killer fastball, pinpoint Control and Good LH splits. Lefties will have a tough time but Righties will have a chance against him. Good makeup and Health should help him reach projections.

Sparky "Gas" Milner has all the tools to play RF. With his good hitting projections coupled with blazing speed. Ol sparky will be good for about 30 stolen bases a year while hitting around .300. Makes you feel all warm inside.
Sandleaguers review: with a name like Sparky Milner this guy should have been a relief pitcher. He will hit for average and steal bases problem is the glove is worthless. probaly end up in left field. I suppose that is better than being left out. The rest of the Braves draft was horrific. I think Jane Fonda was drafting. lol

The Champs picked up a very nice Long relief guy. Shannon Jordan has killer Control ,a good RH split and Velocity. Add in 3 good pitches and he will be tough against Righties. He should make his projections due to great Health and Makeup.I had him ranked #6 on my board and I hoped he would get overlooked. Drats!

Stevie "Aerosmith" Taylor is a great pickup at #26.He will be solid with good Stamina, Control, Splits and 3 good pitches. Add Killer Makeup and good Health and this guy should be a Anchor Starting pitcher.I ranked him at #9 on my draft board.

Randy Ramirez will bring his big bat to Cincinnatti. With great Contact, Good Splits and Eye he will hit .300 and above. And his great speed will be a headache for opposing catchers. His poor glove work will force him into LF where his Range will be a Plus. At age 22 it may be hard for him to hit projections. My scouts missed this guy.

While Rick Brett's Overall projection is poor. He has the good numbers where it counts. With great Health,Patience and Makeup he will hit his projections. And his great Control and Splits will make him a wonderful Setup guy.My scouts never got a whiff of him.

Pasqual Henriquez was a Unknown to my scouts. I probably would have dropped him to my don't draft list. Because his RH splits are not good enough for the bigs. But other than that, he has decent numbers. He does have 4 pitches above 77 so that may compensate the poor splits. It will be a interesting Look Back post in 10 seasons.

Joshua "Tree" Bianucci is a tall drink of water. But he won't stand out in a crowd of big league pitchers. With Solid Control ,Splits and 3 very good pitches he will not embarass his team. He also will eat the innings and keep the bullpen fresh. With good Health and average Makeup it will take a couple of years to hit projections. He's 21 already and that may get him to AA faster where the better coaching will speed his advancement.
Brentcnb's review: Brewers picked real low in 1st round (31) so I picked Joshua Bianucci .I was tryimg to get a starting pitcher type that I thought might have a shot at making it to the bigs with development. The guy is not going to be a star or make it to the show real fast, but I think he may have the attributes necessary to be a 14-16 game winner when he's 28-29-30. So far in 8 innings of Rookie ball he has an ERA of 0.00. Look forward to your bloggin. Brent

Were getting towards the end of the first round and Steve "Sonic" Boone is a good pickup. Though he lacks Power, the other numbers are very good. This means he will hit around .300. He will probably play in LF with the chance of getting a Gold Glove. Finally with great Health and good Makeup he should get close to projections.

With the Final pick the Dodgers got a nice Power Hitter. Paul Stanley could hit around .300 with 30-40 homers. His poor Arm strength will put him at 1st base. Even though he's 20 , his great Health and Makeup should get him close to projections.
